Greenville Track Club Events
If you're just starting out (or maybe you're already hooked on running) and want to improve your pace and fitness, our Weekly Track Workouts are for you. Training with a group will help motivate you, plus you're going to have fun! Our workouts are geared for slow pokes and speed freaks alike.
Join us every month at our GTC Club Meetings. You don't have to be a member to attend. The meetings are held at a local restaurant, so food and beverages are available. We'll have a guest speaker (or two) with interesting presentations on running and fitness-related topics. We'll give the latest details on upcoming events and there's usually a door prize.
Weekly Track Workouts
Every Wednesday (weather permitting)
Greenville High School Track, Dunbar Street
1 mile warmup, 200M repeats, 400M repeats, 1 mile cooldown
Monthly Club Meetings
First Monday of the month
